Cheeki Services Refund and Return Policy

By submitting payment and completing transactions through the Cheeki Services website, you (“Purchaser”) expressly authorize Cheeki Services to charge your credit card for the full amount of your order and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Facility Approval Responsibility

The Purchaser acknowledges that all products are shipped to correctional facilities that operate under independent rules and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the inmate and/or Purchaser to verify that ordered items comply with the specific policies of the receiving facility prior to placing an order.

No Liability for Facility Rejections

Cheeki Services is not responsible for, and has no control over, any decision made by a correctional facility to reject, refuse, confiscate, delay, or otherwise deny delivery of any order for any reason.

No Credit Card Refunds for Rejected Orders

Orders that are rejected, refused, delayed, or not delivered due to facility policies or actions are not eligible for refunds to the Purchaser’s credit card under any circumstances.

Returned Items and Account Credit

If rejected items are returned to Cheeki Services, a credit will be issued to the inmate’s internal Cheeki Services account only. This credit will be for the value of the returned items minus a $10.00 fee to cover original shipping, handling, and restocking costs.

Return Processing Time

The Purchaser understands that returns from correctional facilities may take several weeks or months to be received by Cheeki Services, and credits will not be issued until such items are physically returned and processed.

Chargeback Waiver and Agreement

By completing this transaction, the Purchaser agrees not to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with their credit card issuer or financial institution for any reason related to:
(a) facility rejection or refusal of delivery,
(b) delays caused by correctional institutions or mail systems, or
(c) dissatisfaction arising from facility policies outside of Cheeki Services’ control.


The Purchaser acknowledges that doing so constitutes a breach of this agreement. In the event of a chargeback or dispute, Cheeki Services reserves the right to provide this agreement as evidence to the issuing bank and to pursue recovery of any reversed funds, including any applicable fees, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Final Sale Acknowledgment

All sales are considered final once shipped. By completing this purchase, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.

Final Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Cheeki Services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms outlined in this policy and the Credit Card Authorization & Facility Policy Agreement. You accept full responsibility for verifying that items are approved by the receiving facility before ordering. Cheeki Services is not responsible for any facility rejection, delay, or non-delivery for any reason. All sales are final once shipped. No refunds will be issued to your original form of payment under any circumstances related to facility actions. Any credits issued will be handled strictly in accordance with these terms.
